Married to Bill Howard since June 1985, we have three children: Jason, age 20, recently joined the Navy and will be going to boot camp in November of this year (DEP). He will be training as a "special warefare combatant" (something like that) and has signed up for six (6) years;(4 years actice duty). Jesse, age 17, had spinal fusion surgery in September 2005 just (2) days after one of his best friend's from church was hit and killed by a drunk driver while he and his grandfather (also killed) were spending time together. Two months after his surgery he and his sister were rear-ended. Shelby (the only girl), age 15, is struggling with our decision to keep her away from a certain boy who is playing on her soft heartedness. I obtained a Bachelor of in English from Judson College and then an Associates in Paralegal directly after that. I am currently pursuing a business degree and perhaps a design drafting degree at night. My husband works for Qualis Engineering contracted to NASA and I work for Northrop Grumman contracted to the Army at Redstone Arsenal, AL. We recently downsized our pets to two mini dachshunds, one papillion/terrier mix, a rabbit, and we still have our same fish for over ten years (two harlequin rhasboras and two cherry barbs). My oldest son, Jason, deployed on May 13. We have not heard from him, and don't know his location or mission. He is in the U.S. Navy. My middle son, Jesse, starts back to college this Fall at UNA, pursuing a degree in Film. My daughter, Shelby, will graduate from GHS soon, and will start college at UNA, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been unemployed since December 18, 2008, and am desperately seeking full time employment. I have a part time starting sometime this month, but really need a full time job to pay my bills.
